I want to share something that serves as an eye opener to what seems to be an occult meaning behind a popular and celebrated song that seems fun, harmless and artsy at first glance.

The article is about the occult meaning and the underlying message conveyed by Lady Gaga's 'Alejandro'.

What made me divulge deeper into this kind of stuff is probably because it disturbed me and I feel the need for people to be aware of the madness that is spreading across the globe.

Now people have their own perspectives, viewpoints, and opinions regarding the symbolism portrayed in the music video. I am speaking on my own terms and the realizations that came upon me after I read it and read around 300 comments in it (I really like to read comments especially thought provoking comments since it gives you a general perspective of how people think and feel.)

Overall, I think that the article was well written and well thought of. It was clear and concise. It was unbiased. When I read the title, I thought it was gonna be a rude finger-pointing accusation with hints of anger, dislike and bitterness. But I was wrong. The message imparted is very clear. And it was very effective in letting me see that message.

For me, I knew from the very beginning that there was something not right about Lady Gaga and her music. Yeah the music was catchy but both the lyrics and music videos were disturbing. Before, I did not pay much attention to it. I mean it's just music, right? No harm done. I just ignored it. I hear it all the time at my working place. I've seen some of her shocking videos. And I admit her music was catchy. But I'm the kind of person who does not give much credit to pop culture and mainstream so it was just something that is in my external environment. I don't consciously choose to listen to her music. I don't do anything about it either. I'm just in the middle.

But it all makes sense now. After I have read about Angelica Zambrano testimony and what it says about music and after this, clearly, music is one of the biggest mediums the evil one is using to stray people.

I have to give credit to Maranatha, one of the commentators, since hers are the most thought-provoking among the comments I've read. I've learned much from her comments and maybe our thoughts are not far from each other.

He/she said something that music is a doorway for Satan to control or manipulate our thoughts and feelings. There are actually scientific facts on how music affects the brain (but I have yet to research on that, but clearly, I think it's evident). So melody, harmony, rhythm, lyrics, and even the artists themselves are important in picking the right music.

Apparently not all people can see the underlying message it portrays. When I read the comments, I see that most of them are hate comments. They seem to be filled with hatred, anger and ignorance. Arguments here and there. It's just what Vigilant says about how divided and conquered we are. It's just so sad.  So very sad. What makes me even sadder is that some of those people fail to realize the truth even when it's shoved in their faces already and some just don't believe at all. What I can hear usually from these kinds of people are 'it's just a music video', 'Just let it go', 'It's fun and meant to be enjoyed', 'There is no God', 'Religion is what is oppressive', 'I believe in God but what she's doing is out of this context', 'The Bible is just a book written by humans', etc. From what I have read, these contradicts to what God says in Proverbs 3:5 and 1 Peter 5:6-7. I realize that believing in yourself too much and trusting in your own intellectual capacities can oftentimes blind you from seeing the Truth. I don't know where these people are coming from but they must be going through a lot and the wrong kind of knowledge is instilled in their minds. I just hope and pray that they will realize what is good and evil.

I'm glad that some commentators shared some Bible verses along with their comments. They provide me some spiritual insights and guidance.

Maranatha talks about Revelation 13 about the 'beast' out of the sea. Well, she's not saying that Lady Gaga was the beast. The beast is yet to come. But signs are clearly showing that it's fast approaching. This beast must be so powerful that it can astonish the world and makes the people follow him. "And they also worshiped the beast and asked, 'Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?'" I've always thought the world is gearing on the opposite direction. Opposite from God. Distorted views are being shown by the media and making the people accept them to be normal. So it's not hard to say that something like this will soon be happening. Actually, it's beginning to happen.

In this kind of generation, God wants us to be self-controlled and alert (1 Peter 5:8-9). We have to guard our hearts and minds from the evil around us. We must pray so that we will know what is right and what is evil. Evil comes in many forms and it may come off as harmless and entertaining and fun. But that's what evil is supposed to be. 'They come in sheep's clothing...' (Matthew 7:15). We must be wary of the evil that is around us and be vigilant in keeping our hearts to the Lord.

This is probably getting long and boring. I can't sometimes stop writing. I may be speechless most of the time but I can write about so many things. So many things in my head. I guess I have more familiarity with writing than with speaking. And it doesn't really need an audience!

Here are some of the comments that I agree with:
"(regarding what certain 'artists' portray) cognitive dissonance, exposure and desensitization. Deliberately creating destructive and disturbing imagery to assault the subconscious minds of the target audience…slowly conditioning people to accept the unacceptable."

"(about 'entertainment and media') communication and education. Entertainment is merely the biproduct."

"Even if the video was about “…a woman’s desire to resurrect a dead love and who can not face the brutality of her present situation. The pain of living without your true love” which is a lie, by-the-way, the evidence is too clear – you’d have to be blind to miss it, it’s still demonic. There are pagan and satanic symbols throughout her entire video. Read what the Bible says about the state of the dead, “But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he? As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up. So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.” (Job 14:10-12). “As the cloud is consumed and vanisheth away: so he that goeth down to the grave shall come up no more. He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.” (Job 7: 9-10). “For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.” (Ecclesiastes 9: 5-6).

So my point is, even if the directed lied and said that the song & video is about what he says it is… the video would still be bad; satanic. People who see loved ones who have died are really seeing demons impersonating their deceased family members. I’ve spoken to a lot of people-many of whom are Catholic (which makes perfect sense)-who have seen their dead loved ones, not knowing that they are demons."
(somehow, her perceptions are similar to a friend I knew and this somehow leads me to confusion regarding the testimony of a certain girl)"

"Gaga’s rejection of Alejandro perfectly reflects many people’s rejection of God’s calling. They reject God because they are attached to things that are worldly. People are becoming more shallow every single day. When it comes to standing up for God, only a few people are willing to do that. But then again, that’s better than nothing, right? (i admit that i am guilty of these and still working on my way in disassociating myself with worldly things)"

"I could go on but the real change is going to take place when you’re absolutely convicted by the Holy Spirit that this music is dangerous to you spiritually; and, isn’t preparing you for heaven but is drawing your soul to hell. I’ve had experiences where I felt like dark spirits were surounding me because of the music I was listening to. I mean I’ve experienced some chilling stuff. But the devil is a liar. God is so good & he shows that he loves & cares for us by exposing the lies of the enemy. We’re not reading & learning about this stuff for no reason. Jesus is coming. Each of us have to make a decision. When you listen to the Devil’s music you open the door for him to come into your life. “We wrestle not against’ flesh and blood…” (Ephesians 6:12) (change begins with self and the Holy Spirit will guide you to the right path...just pray to God and He will make you realize these things)"

"@ Virginia L. (#52). I know exactly what you’re going through. That’s a difficult thing to address, because I don’t know you personally…I wouldn’t know where to begin. I have talked to others about this very thing. All I can tell you is:

1) I don’t know whether you believe in God; but, you need to pray to Him & tell him that you love this music and that it’s a struggle to stop listening to it. Just be honest – because God already know how you feel anyway, he reads your thoughts, he know the intent of your heart. Be honest.

2) All of us have to understand that music is a doorway for Satan to control/manipulate our thoughts & feelings. You can choose to research scientifical facts about the effects of music on the brain. So melody, harmony, rhythm, lyrics, and even the artist themself are important factors in picking the right music.

3) I listen to audiobooks and sacred music. Sacred music is ideal music, but you need to ask God to help you.

4) Look through and clean-up your music library. Do this while praying and asking God to help you.
(this is something that I am currently struggling..i love music so much i listen to different kinds of music)"
I hope and pray that we open up their hearts and acknowledge the deception and evil that is presented upon us so that we will be steadfast and vigilant in doing things for God's glory.
